How do i get rid of the tags function?

Hi there, @pcoupe.

Welcome to the QuickBooks family. I'm here to help you get rid of the Tags function.

Disabling the feature is quick and easy. You can do it by going to the QuickBooks Labs section of your account.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select QuickBooks labs under Your Company.
  3. Switch off the Tags option.
  4. Hit Done

For more information, as well as how tags and groups can give you better insights from the system, I recommend the following articles:

Please let me know if you need anything else about the features in QuickBooks. The Community and I will be here to help you.

How do i get rid of the tags function?

Hi there,

Let me share some insights on we handle accounts affected by investigations.

Once you've contacted our supports, they'll automatically add your account information to our notification list if the issues you've encountered match the description of the investigation.

Moreover, I've checked our records here and found that the INV-52514 was already closed. We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team again so that this issue will be investigated again. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

Additionally, I've included an article that you can read to learn more about how tags work in QuickBooks Online: What are tags and why should I use them?
