How do I increase the maximum amount of money that I can receive via ACH? I think the current max amount is $49,999.

QuickBooks Online Payments is a great tool you can use to accept online payments from your customers in a quick and convenient way.

To talk about increasing the limits on your account, you’ll need to contact our Merchant Support Team. They handle everything related to payments. You may be asked for some official documents to see how business is going to raise that limit. Reaching out to them also ensures that your sensitive information is protected.

Please know that our supports are most available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. They can also assist customers during the weekend but only Saturday starting from 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM PT.

Here’s how to get in touch with them:

1.   Select the (?) Help menu.
2.   Click Contact Us.
3.   Enter this statement on the box "increase the maximum amount for ACH."
4.   Hit Let’s talk.
5.   Choose to Get a call.
