You can locate invoice transactions in QBO by generating an Invoice List from the Reports menu, using the Search function, or checking the Sales tab to view your invoices.
However, utilizing the Search function would be the simplest way for you, here's how:
- Within your QuickBooks Online account, click the Search icon at the upper right corner.
- Select Go to transactions search.
- Choose Invoice as the Transaction type to view all your invoices.
Additionally, you can customize invoices and sales transactions to include all essential details.
Once your customer pays, you can easily record their payments to keep accurate records.
