We can use the bank register to manually enter transactions from bank statements to your QuickBooks Online account.
First, add a new bank account from the Chart of Accounts.
Once done, manually record your bank transactions from 2019:

Do you have the bank statements in PDF or another file format?
I have income on the Bank statement I need to record, will the QB entry in Bank show under Accounts receivable .

You can import the bank statement from an Excel file to QuickBooks. I'm glad to show you the steps.
