Thanks for joining the Community space, @jasonsburgersnmo. I appreciate that you want to select multiple attachments to your invoices and offered feedback in these forums.
I can see how it would be helpful to be able to choose multiple attachments for your invoice without going through the procedure again. It is a great idea to include this functionality in QBO, and I would love it if you sent your product suggestions to our developers directly for future improvements.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Feedback.
- Type in your feedback or product suggestions.
- Click Next to submit feedback.
You can also send and track your feedback by going to the following link: QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.
For the time being, you'll need to upload each attachment to your invoice individually. However, you are allowed to include as many attachments as you like to your invoice as long as the total size does not go over 20 MB.
Regarding the Assistant feature, I'll take note of your support experience and pass it along to our management team so they can enhance your overall QuickBooks user experience.
I've also included an article below to help add specific information to your sales forms and process payments in QuickBooks:
If you have any additional queries about the attachments to your invoices or any issues with QuickBooks, please let me know in the comments section below. I'm here to help you at any time. Have a great day
