You can record the payment receipt first, trlumberco.
After recording the payment receipt, void the transaction.
- Click +New on the left pane.
- Select Sales receipt.
- Enter the needed information then click on Save.
After saving the receipt, follow these steps to void the sales transaction.
- Go to the Sales tab and select Customers.
- Click on the customer's name, then locate the payment transaction.
- Select and open it. Click on More and select Void.
- Hit Yes to confirm.
