How do i post a voided payment receipt

the receipt is blank - got skipped in the receipt book and my boss wants it posted

How do i post a voided payment receipt

You can record the payment receipt first, trlumberco.

 

After recording the payment receipt, void the transaction. 

  1. Click +New on the left pane.
  2. Select Sales receipt.
  3. Enter the needed information then click on Save.

After saving the receipt, follow these steps to void the sales transaction.

  1. Go to the Sales tab and select Customers.
  2. Click on the customer's name, then locate the payment transaction.
  3. Select and open it. Click on More and select Void.
  4. Hit Yes to confirm.void 2.PNG
