How do I print an asset register?

I'm glad you came, @mike443.

I'll show you how to print the asset register in QuickBooks Online.

We will go straight to the Chart of Accounts and print them from the View Register.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Chart of accounts.
  2. Select an account, then click the View Register drop-down arrow.
  3. Choose Run Report.
  4. Once the page appears, tick the Print icon from the left side portion.
  5. Modify Print Settings, and hit the Save button below.

You can also toggle its orientation to Portrait or Landscape.

Furthermore, if you need to customize the report before printing, here's an article you can use: Customize the data in QuickBooks Online.

Tag me in a comment below if you have other questions in QBO. I'll be sure to get back to you.
