How do I remove shipping from invoices/customers? We don't ship.

I just confirmed with customer support that there is still an open case on this issue since last year.  The case is still open.  I accidentally discovered a faster work-around for now.  Turn shipping off in the gear icon as noted.  Open a new invoice or estimate.  Go to customize, you will see that the shipping is turned off. Turn it on and turn it off again and it will then stay off.  You won't need to go back into the invoice a second time to fix it.  Note: Only someone with administrator privileges will see the option in customize to turn shipping off and on.  So they are the only ones who can fix it.

How do I remove shipping from invoices/customers? We don't ship.

I use the Quickbook Online version.  When I create invoices using the Modernized Template I had the same problem.  However, when I remove the Modernized Template as default and use the Standard Template, I was able to remove Ship To from my invoices.

I use the Quickbook Online version.  When I use the Modernized design template I had the same problem.  The Ship To appeared on my invoices even though it was turned off.  However, when I switch to the Standard template, I was able to eliminate the Ship To field from my invoices.
