I'm happy to provide some info about switching from Melio to QuickBooks Online Bill Pay.

 

As you may know, the integration with Melio Bill Pay is being discontinued and the service will soon be powered solely by QuickBooks. With that, the transition is being rolled out in phases. This will be happening throughout this year and you will be notified when it's time to switch, along with further instruction on how to do so. In the meantime just keep using Melio as normal and keep an eye out for any QuickBooks Online Bill Pay emails.

As far as I know, this issue is still ongoing and it seems like they are having trouble fixing it. You can signup for a free Melio account to integrate with QBO as the workaround.

Seems to be too little too late.  Melio refused a payment to our union office noting a section of their Services Agreement that had no relevance to the type of the funds being issued.  Stuck on a chat with a rep for 20 minutes before being told I had to email support.  Took support SIX days to reply with no resolution.   They do no business by phone.  Disgraceful.  QB should've done their homework.
