I know how you can bring your PDF file to QuickBooks Online.
I agree with Fiat Lux - ASIA. You'll need an application to achieve this task. You can look for an app that can convert PDF to a CSV, QFX, or QBO file format. Some applications can also import the PDF to QuickBooks Online directly.

If you opt to use the CSV file format, you can click this link for the details to import the bank transactions: Manually upload transactions.
