How do I view deleted invoices?

You'll want to go to your Audit Log and view the deleted invoice from there. Let me guide you how.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Slick Audit Log under Tools
3. Click the Filter drop-down menu.
4. Thick Show only these events and put a checkmark in the Transactions box.
5. From the Show field, select Deleted/Voided Transactions from the drop-down menu.
6. Click Apply.  
7. Locate the deleted invoice and click View.
