Hi -

How do I send the QuickBooks Software / Development Team images of QuickBooks problems or improvement requests? Is there an email address?

A picture is an extremely important way to effectively and quickly communicate a problem or solution.
As it's said, "a picture is worth a thousand words".

I know within QuickBooks, I can go to “Help” in the menu bar and then choose “Send Feedback Online”, but this form doesn't allow the user to send an image or attachment.

QB Community, if you feel this would be helpful to you, please reply and /or put a “cheer” vote. The more support for a request, the more likely it will be implemented. Thank you!

There isn't a way to send pictures. I wouldn't put too much effort into either bug reporting or suggestions. Based on past performance, Intuit does what it wants and very rarely looks at these reports.

The ability to add pictures is a great idea. While this option is unavailable, I'd still recommend sending feedback to us. That way, we can improve the features in the program. You can follow the screenshots below:

Go to the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
Click Product Suggestion.
Enter your suggestion or feedback.
Select the Send Feedback.

@TirzahC RE: Sending pictures is a great feature for any business. Currently, this option is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

The OP is clearly using Desktop, so what QB Online can do isn't really important. Any they know how to send feedback. We know this since they stated they know how to send feedback.

So, your follow on post isn't just rude. It's also rather useless.

I totally overlooked the OP's QuickBooks version. Thanks for the extra pair of eyes.

Yes, there's currently no option to add an image or screenshot in the Feedback section of QuickBooks Desktop. I've updated my response above to reflect that information including a workaround.
