How do you delete a credit memo?

With just a few clicks, and you're all good to go. Let me guide you how:

1. Go to the Sales menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Select the All Sales tab.
3. Click the Filter drop-down arrow, and select Credit memos in under the Type
4. Modify the filters for your preference and click Apply for the changes to take effect. 
5. Locate and select the credit memo to open it.
6. Click More from the bottom page of the credit memo and select Delete.
