Printing estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is quick and easy. There are several ways to get a handy copy of your transactions in QBO. We can do this through the Search page, Sales menu, and Estimates window.
Since you've already made an estimate, let's go to the Sales menu to print it. Here's how:
Alternatively, search the estimate using the Magnifying Glass feature. From there, you can print it. You can also do this after creating it by clicking Print or Preview.
To personalize the template before printing the transactions, please see this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
In addition, you can convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online. It will help you save time because you don’t have to enter the info twice. QuickBooks automatically fills in the invoice from the information on the estimate.
If you have any other queries about printing or managing sales transactions in QBO, please don't hesitate to comment below. Have a nice day!
