How do you print an estimate on QuickBooks you just made?

I've got the steps you need to print the estimates you created, @ghernandezconstr

Printing estimates in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is quick and easy. There are several ways to get a handy copy of your transactions in QBO. We can do this through the Search page, Sales menu, and Estimates window.

Since you've already made an estimate, let's go to the Sales menu to print it. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales and select the Estimates tab.
  2. Choose the transaction and click the dropdown list under the Action column.
  3. Then select Print

Alternatively, search the estimate using the Magnifying Glass feature. From there, you can print it. You can also do this after creating it by clicking Print or Preview.

To personalize the template before printing the transactions, please see this article: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

In addition, you can convert an estimate into an invoice in QuickBooks Online. It will help you save time because you don’t have to enter the info twice. QuickBooks automatically fills in the invoice from the information on the estimate.

If you have any other queries about printing or managing sales transactions in QBO, please don't hesitate to comment below. Have a nice day!

I have no such option. Why not?

Allow me to chime in and provide information, @BigRedConsulting.

The reason why you don't have the option is that you have the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced interface. My colleague's instructions are for the QBO Plus interface.

To print the estimates, here's how:

  1. Go to the Left navigation panel.
  2. Select Customers.
  3. Under the Customers, you can see the Estimates.
  4. Then, select Print.

For your future reference, you can check this article to personalize the template:  Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please do not hesitate to reach out. Have a great day!
