Apparently my problem is unresolvable with ISW 2009 files is unresolvable, so I need to UNinstall Quickbooks Statement Writer and just try to REinstall it. HOW do you UNinstall QSW?

The QuickBooks Statement Writer is an add-on feature on your file. That being said, uninstalling your QuickBooks Desktop file will also do the same on the QuickBooks Statement Writer.
