How does progress invoicing work on the mobile app?

Thank you for posting your concerns about progress invoicing in the Community. Let me share some information on the matter.

I appreciate that you have tried to adjust the requested payments in the QBO browser on your PC. However, this feature is currently unavailable in the QBO mobile app. Nonetheless, I suggest you send your valuable suggestions or feedback about the progress invoicing to our product developers. They can work on making this feature available in the QBO mobile app in the upcoming updates as soon as possible.

We take our customer's feedback and comments seriously and will use them to improve our services and enhance your overall experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO). To share your thoughts with us, please visit the page where you can post your comments to our product engineers.

Here's how to add feedback from your QBO account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, located at the top right corner.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your suggestions/comments and click Submit.

I'll also add this helpful resource to learn which QuickBooks Online mobile app features are supported on mobile devices: Compare mobile app features.
