How long does it take for a paid invoice to be deposited into my account

I'm here to share some information about QuickBooks Payments works.

The deposit speed would depend on the product you're using and the type of payment. In addition, if you're a new user, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days.

The first deposits take a bit longer since we're setting up your merchant account. Rest assured, they will be deposited much faster after we're done.

You may go to the Deposit Speed section of your QBO account to find out how long it takes to get the payments you process. I'll show you how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and settings.
3. Select the Payments tab.
4. Review the Deposit Speed section.
