To view the details of your journal entries over time, you can follow these steps:
- On the left navigation panel, go to the Reports tab.
- Search for the Journal report in the search bar.
- Then, set the desired reporting date from the Report period.

If you want to view the changes or deleted Journal Entries or any records of all account activity, you can use the audit log in QuickBooks.
