This can be easily remedied, @Pete_Mc.
You can fix this by editing an account name from your Chart of Accounts, and don't worry, these changes will not remove your account's history. Here's what you need to do:
- From the Accounting menu, choose Chart of Accounts.
- Select the account you want to change the name.
- Click the Account history drop-down and choose Edit.
- Enter the correct name and click Save and Close.
