How to customize employee pay stub areas?

Thank you for raising your concern here, @kidsclub6214. We feel you since we also experienced the same error when we tried to print our paystub. However, we find a way how to successfully print our paystub without encountering the same issue, and we're willing to share it with you.

You mentioned that during your pay stub layout, it allows you to enter 250 characters. Yet, only 180 of them are visible. This is really occurring since the paystub size is small for 250 characters. As a workaround, we can lessen your memo characters in order to make it visible. Moreover, the option to customize the pay stub isn't available in QBO.

In the meantime, we recommend submitting feedback for the option to edit and upsize the paystub dimension. Here's how to submit one:

1. From the Gear icon, choose Feedback in the PROFILE column.
2. Type in your feedback or feature request.
3. Click Send Message.
