I agree with @4Gal on using the deleter tool. Also, you can search for a deleter app that works with QBO on the Apps tab on the Menu page. This feature allows you to manage and organize books more efficiently.
In the meantime, if you're referring to the Expenses tab, there's currently no option to delete multiple expenses at once. But you can manually delete per transaction. You can follow the steps below:
However, if you're referring to the banking page, then the option to delete bulk expenses is available. Here's how:
