I agree with @4Gal on using the deleter tool. Also, you can search for a deleter app that works with QBO on the Apps tab on the Menu page. This feature allows you to manage and organize books more efficiently.
In the meantime, if you're referring to the Expenses tab, there's currently no option to delete multiple expenses at once. But you can manually delete per transaction. You can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Expenses tab on the Menu page.
- Select the expense transactions you want to delete.
- Then, click the View/Edit dropdown from the Action column and select Delete.
However, if you're referring to the banking page, then the option to delete bulk expenses is available. Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank Transactions.
- Click the Categorized tab and put a check on the transactions you wish to remove.
- After choosing all the transactions, click the Undo button.
- The transactions will now go to the For Review tab. From there, select all the transactions you want to delete by clicking Exclude.
- Then go to the Excluded tab, select all the transactions by checking the box, and click Delete.
