How to export reports after having cancelled the subscription?

I had a Quickbooks Self-Employed subscription that I cancelled a few months ago. I know we were supposed to have read access 365 days after the day of cancellation, but now when I log in, a pop up appears asking me to re-subscribe. When I dismiss it, it keeps reappearing.

Does anyone have any idea if this is a bug or if I am missing something?

Thank you in advance!

How to export reports after having cancelled the subscription?

Hello there, @gtupak.

I'd like to share some insights so that you can get your reports from QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you've subscribed using the trial version, you can access read-only reports within 90 days after canceling your subscription. However, if you've subscribed using your card, you can access it within a year from the date of cancellation. This needs to be verified with our live support agents so that you can access you're report and save it. They have the tools to turn on the subscription temporarily and let you get the reports you need.

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Use the test drive version of QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) in this reference page: QuickBooks Test-Drives and Trial Links – Find the Software that Fits Your Business.
  2. Choose the QBSE Test drive and select Assistant.
  3. Enter "Speak to human" in the chatbox and then your concern.
  4. Choose how you want to be assisted. I've added a screenshot for your reference:

  5. Confirm the request.

To know more details about what will happen after canceling your subscription, you can check out this article: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel? This will still have the same effect on QBSE subscribers.

I've also added this article of you want to resubscribe to QuickBooks: Resubscribe to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'll be here if you have other concerns or questions. Let me know in the comment section and I'll get back to you. Take care.
