How to I add a signature image to print on my checks in QB Online Essentials?

Currently, there isn't an option to add a signature image on the checks.

I can see how it would be useful to have the ability to modify the check template and add the signature image. The only way we have right now is to print the check and make a handwritten signature on it.

Please let me know if you have any other questions about modifying check. I'll be around if you need any help.

Why is it taking so long to add this feature? It's available in QB Desktop. It can't be that hard to add it to QB Online too. Not everyone has time to hand sign hundreds of checks.

I can't believe we're still waiting for this feature in Quickbooks Online. Quickbooks desktop has had it for years. Why is it so hard to add it to Quickbooks online? Seriously frustrating.

I sent another feedback about the option to add a signature to checks. For now, you can affix the signature manually on every checks you’ve printed or integrate a supported E-signature third-party application. 

To check for our supported apps, here's how: 

1. Go to this link: https://apps.intuit.com
2. Enter in the search bar something like digital checks. 
3. Click an app to get an overview of it and reviews from other users on how it helped them.
4. To get the app, just click the Get app now button at the upper-right.

It is now 2022, how is this still not available for QBO?  QB needs to add the ability to print a signature on checks.  Just from this post it has been almost 3 years!

I can see having the ability to add a signature to checks would be beneficial for you. Right now, the only option is to print and sign it with a handwritten signature.

Also, as my colleague Catherine B mentioned above, you might look for a 3rd party application that allows you to add signatures. I encourage you to submit a product suggestion within QuickBooks. Our product development team will review all product requests. Once approved, they'll be the ones to add it in future updates.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your product suggestion.
4. Hit Next to submit.
