How to i turn off the schedule payment feature in qb online as only pay by checks

Sadly, you can't turn it off.  They intend to keep it this way.  

All you can do is click on the arrow next to "Schedule Payment", then click on "Mark as Paid".  That will take you to the screen where you can pay invoices.  

It's stupid, really.  BUt QB doesn't care how many steps and the headaches they have created by trying to force us to use Online Bill Pay.

QuickBooks....you work for US! We pay a lot for your services, and EXPECT better results.

At this time, the Make Payment option isn't available on the individual Vendor screen in QuickBooks Online. Our Engineering Team has provided a workaround until they can find a permanent fix to this behavior. The workaround is that you can Pay Bills from the main Vendor screen with the Make Payment link.
