How to include ONLY the sum of billable items in customer invoice

I pay for small items like printing that are reimbursable by clients. So when I pay for them I check that the item is billable. Rather than having a bunch of items listed on the invoice I want to have one line for billable items. Is this possible? TIA

Yes.  As you're adding the expenses to the invoice using Add time/costs, check the little box at the bottom of the window titled, "Print selected time and costs as one invoice item".

Thanks @BigRedConsulting . I had seen that in a training video. I had checked it and I am still getting each transaction. I guess I need to try to debug.

You're selecting that option, pasting all of the expenses to the invoice, then printing the invoice and you're seeing all the details?

I've been using QB for two decades and never seen that!

yes, tomorrow I going to create new test file and try it there. I know that it should work. I saw it in a training video.
