Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community, jackjackson1977. I'll be providing various details on how to move your QuickBooks data from one account to another. Then, to ensure you can complete the process smoothly.
If you're referring to moving customer information out from one QuickBooks Online to another, you have to export first the customer details from QuickBooks Online to Excel. You have two options on how you can perform the process, export from the Customer page and export from the Reports page.

Once done, you can now move/transfer your customer details from Outlook, Excel, Gmail, or Google Sheets to QuickBooks Online. You can click this article to see the detailed steps on how to complete the importing process: Import customers or vendors from email contacts to QuickBooks Online.
