If you're referring to moving customer information out from one QuickBooks Online to another, you have to export first the customer details from QuickBooks Online to Excel. You have two options on how you can perform the process, export from the Customer page and export from the Reports page.
Here's how from the Customer section:
- Go to Get paid & pay or the Sales menu and select the Customers section.
- Choose the Export icon next to the Print icon.
- Click Export to Excel.
Follow the steps below from the Reports page:
- Go to the Business overview menu on the left panel and choose Reports.
- Under the Sales and Customer section, choose Customer Contact List.
- Select the Export icon next to the Print icon and choose Export to Excel.
Once done, you can now move/transfer your customer details from Outlook, Excel, Gmail, or Google Sheets to QuickBooks Online. You can click this article to see the detailed steps on how to complete the importing process: Import customers or vendors from email contacts to QuickBooks Online.
