You cannot print bill i.e. vendor bill if you are asking. However, you can press control and P, and print as is.
Thank you for visiting the Community space, @cdigman-digmanco.
I can see the relevance of printing a bill in QuickBooks Online. Currently, this option is unavailable.
In the meantime, you can screenshot the bill and print it afterward. Otherwise, you can generate a Transaction List by Vendor. Then, customize it to show the bill, and click the Print icon to have a paper copy.
Here's how:
Additionally, I'll share these tools to help you manage your bills in QBO. It includes steps on how to pay and email the transaction:

This response makes no sense. QB is certainly not "only for recording purposes." Not even sure what that means. It is a general accounting system. Printing a bill is useful functionality that should be available. Why are bills different from other forms, like an invoice? There are several types of forms that can't be printed and it doesn't make sense and seems like it would be fairly easy to enable printing.
Maybe instead of changing the dashboard and "look and feel" yet again you could spend a bit of time actually making the software more useful.
When will a print function be available? Or if never, please advise so that we can plan alternatives.
Without the ability to print the bills to a PDF, we cannot use QB online.....else we'd have to create another unconnected system/manual process to render a bill form.'
I tried converting to QB online several years ago and the lack of a print functions stopped us then as well.....sadly, the lack of a print function was discovered after Intuit gave us a free conversion which took over a week for one of their contractors to complete.
It's been years that this issue is outstanding. So I suspect the answer is you will never do it....Can you let me know please.
Thanks,
Don C
We appreciate your idea about the bill printing feature, @don. I can see you're waiting for this as it will surely benefit everyone.
Since this is currently unavailable, you'll want to consider pulling up Transaction List by Vendor report to get the data you need. For the complete steps, follow my colleague's suggestions above.
I also recommend sending feedback request to our product development team. They will evaluate these to include in future updates. Please know we're also unable to give a timeline as to when this will be available.

Please prioritize this missing feature to print a bill. It is important for many businesses to be able to print any form that is in QuickBooks. Why is it so difficult?
I agree to all above. Missing features like this that should be simple (printing a bill? Is it seriously that difficult to implement?) are the reason I am looking at alternatives to QBO and cannot wait to find one.
Workarounds, and "we see this could be an important feature" have been the answer for years. The fact is that the workaround takes more time and looks unprofessional.
I definitely don't understand why they don't have this either. We want to print our bills to our accountants but for whatever reason, they don't have this function to allow to simply print a bill or batch print. You could print Expense, but not Bill. Doesn't make alot of sense
We hear your suggestions and recognize your need for the feature, @j2yau.
I recommend sending this feedback to our Product Team for them to review, and they might want to implement it in future product updates. Please take note that it still depends on the number of requests we receive from the customers.

Hello and thanks. Many of us who need to print vendor bills to PDF and/or a printer are unable to use QB's Online and therefore, can't follow the instructions you have provided.
This lack of functionality is preventing our business from converting to online.....and, I want to stress that we would very much like to get to the online version.
Is there another way to get the attention of the development team? We are using the 2023 desktop version.
Thank you!
Don
I would like to add our voices to this request.
The lack of printing vendor bills to PDF is the only thing preventing us from converting to online.
Thank you,
Don
This response is ridiculous. It shows you how to print a list of bills, not a bill. The point everyone is making is that businesses need the ability to print a BILL. There are dozens of ways to pull up and export/print a list of bills, expenses, etc. A bill is a form. It should be easy to print. This is just another example of Intuit not understanding how small businesses operate or responding to years of feedback from customers. I continue to be disappointed and search for an alternative system.
I'm so sick of these posts! Stop lying! You and your colleagues also go on about feature requests and how you will implement them. BS!
Some "feature requests" are so absurdly simple you would think it's 1990 again and all of this was new and exciting.
Yes, we MUST have bill printing functions.
Hello, @redoyja1.
I appreciate you for dropping by here in the Community about the features you need in QuickBooks. I would feel the same in that situation if performing my basic needs using the cloud-based version of the program is unavailable.
That said, I recommend sending feedback to our Product Development Team to help improve your QuickBooks experience. When you're ready, here's how to do it:
Here's how:
As a workaround, you'll want to run and customize the Transactions List by Vendor report to access the bills of your vendors.
Here's how:
For more information on how to customize your report, please check this article: Customize Your Reports in QuickBooks Online.
You can also track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to assist you and provide the best possible support.
This is not at all what everyone is asking for... We're not talking about a transaction list. We want to print the BILL. It is completely ridiculous how QBO ignores the needs of its users. The response is always "here are instructions for a workaround" (which typically doesn't do what we need anyway), and "we care about your concerns... go submit it to the development team". The comments regarding this particular issue goes back YEARS. Obviously Intuit knows people need this feature. They just don't care.
I'm not trying to print the bill itself. After receiving an invoice from a vendor, I need to print a check so I can send it to the vendor. When I had my desktop QB, I would "enter bill" and then "pay bill," and "print." Is there a way to do this with my new online version?
