Thanks for responding so quick. I requested a refund of the yearly Plus subscription, I've been using desktop Quickbooks since 2007 and it didn't even occur to me that you can't combine billable items on an invoice into a single line on the Online version.

I used to be able to drag billable items into the bundle, either time or costs. Just got an upgrade and now I can't do this. Send an invoice to a client and have 20 line items. Horrible.

Currently, the feature is unavailable. However, if you want to apply the billable expense to your invoice, you can click the Add button once the Billable expense shows up when you create an invoice. I've added a screenshot for visual reference: 

On the other hand, if you prefer to display limited information about an item on the line item, you can enable the Collapse activity rows option to show only specific item details on your invoice. To achieve this, follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the Gear icon, and then select Custom form styles.
2. Either choose an existing template or click New style, then Invoice.
3. Go to the Content tab and select the body of the invoice.
    
4. Click the Show more activity options link on the lower part.
5. Tick the Collapse activity rows field.
6. Click Done.

1. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Type your comments or product suggestions in the provided field. Then click Next and submit feedback.

As I understand your suggestion it will condense the item description but I would still have 10 line items and have to subtotal each object, and my client would see everything.

Sad part is we could previously do this for the last 3 years I QBO
