How to show discount on invoice using mobile app via iPad

Let me guide you on how to show discount using your mobile app, eddiesleven-gmai.

First, you'll have to use your web browser to enable the discount feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To do this, follow the steps below:

1. Click the Gear icon and then Account and Settings.
2. Select the Sales tab.
3. In the Sales form content section, select the pencil icon.
4. Turn on the Discount setting.
5. Select Save and then Done.

Second, you can create a discount item with a fixed price. Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon at the right top.
2. Select Products and Services under Lists.
3. Click New.
4. Select Non-inventory or Service for the type.
5. Enter a unique name of the discount.
6. Select a category. This should be the item you are selling and giving a discount.
7. In the Sales price/rate field, enter the discount as a negative amount.
8. From the Income account drop-down menu, select the Discount given account.
9. From the Sales tax category drop-down menu, select Nontaxable.
10. Click Save and close.

If you want it added to your sales form, I'll show you how:

1. Select + New.
2. Select Invoice, Estimate, or Sales receipt.
3. Add your products or services in the Product/Service column. 
4. Then, add the discount item you just created in the Product/Service column. You can adjust the discount if you need to, just make sure it's a negative amount.
5. Fill out the rest of the form. 
6. When you’re ready, select Save and send or Save and close.

Thank you for the information, I do not have access to browser version. I’m using the mobile version. I did speak to tech-support and they told me that it was not possible on the mobile version.
