If QB Online is like desktop, all invoices have a due date, which is natural for an invoice.
My problem stems from Late Fees... desktop separates late fee from original invoice (which is rent). On-line it puts the late fee on the original invoice. It makes it confusing as to what is a late fee and what is an overdue invoice. We cannot charge a late fee on a late fee. We run a report called Collection Report overdue to make late fee invoices. We would like late fee invoices not to show on this report.

QuickBooks Online modifies the original invoice(s) and adds late fees to them? If so, that's not correct accounting, it would seem.
