I’m here to share some information on how you can export your invoices to apps, @Zeeb42902.
You have the option to connect your apps with QuickBooks Online so customers’ data like invoices will automatically sync. The program offers applications where you can directly process integrations as long as it's supported.
Here’s how:
- Open your QuickBooks account.
- Go to your Apps menu.
- Enter the name of your apps one by one on the Search field, then select it.
- You can click the Overview, Pricing, Reviews, and FAQs to view the details.
- Select Learn more at the top, then Add app.

Otherwise, you’ll want to export your invoices manually and import them to your apps. I’m glad to show you the steps.
- From the left menu, select Sales.
- Go to the All Sales tab, then click the Filter button.
- Select Invoices in the Type dropdown and set the date period.
- Press Apply after.

- Select the Export icon next to the Print icon.

I’ve added this guide in case you want to personalize and add specific information to your sales forms: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
