Let’s start by accessing your QBO company using the InPrivate or incognito mode. This feature prevents the browser from saving your browsing data.
Here’s how to bring up a private window:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
From there, access the Dashboard to see the invoice reminders. If you didn’t encounter any error messages, remove the cache of your regular browser to start on a clean slate.
I also suggest running the Browser Health Checkup tool to check if your browser is optimally configured for QBO.
