I am new with QBO and I set up and now I need help to enter whole proces of the system: Creating Purcharse order, creating Bill, Paying that bill then creating INv. Chart

Hello there, Simón Palacios. Glad to hear that you're now using QuickBooks.

Let's make sure you'll be able to set them up within your QuickBooks Online account. Let's follow the steps below to create a type of transaction:

Purchase Order:

1. Go to the +New button.
2. Select Purchase Order under Vendor.
3. Enter the name of the vendor, item, amount, and other necessary details.
4. Click Save or Save and Send.

Bill:

1. Go to the +New button.
2. Select Bill under Vendor.
3. Enter the name of the vendor, item, amount, and other necessary details.
4. Click Save or Save and Send.

When paying bills, you can go directly to the Pay Bills feature. Then, select a payment account and tick the transactions you want to be paid. You can take a look at the sample screenshot below:

Creating an invoice, receive payment, estimate, credit memo, sales, receipt, refund receipt, delayed credit, and delayed charge transactions can be found under the Customers column. When you open a transaction, you'll need to enter information such as your customer's name, item, and amount product. 

Then, here's how you can create a new account in the Chart of Accounts (COA):

1. Go to Accounting on the left panel.
2. Within Chart of Accounts, click New at the upper-right corner.
3. Select a type of account, detail type. Then, enter the name of the account.
4. Click Save and Close.
