I am trying to create a customer statement and have received the following message: "Can’t create all statements" Any ideas as to how to correct this issue?

I am trying to create a customer statement and have received the following message: "Can’t create all statements" Any ideas as to how to correct this issue?

Joining you here to offer my help about creating statements, djohnson-fcsfl-o.

 

Can you also tell us what type of statements you're trying to create? Is it Balance Forward, Open Item, Or Transaction Statement? 

 

There are a few reasons why this error would show up when creating statements  This includes:

 

  • There are no open invoices for a specific customer when creating a statement.
  • The incorrect date range of the statement was selected.

 

If you're still in the Create Statements window, uncheck the names of the customers who does not have statements as of the date you selected. You can also edit the date in the End Date field if it's incorrect.
