You can log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) via incognito or private browsing session. This will help us identify if it is relevant to cache overloaded in the browser. Too much cache can cause missing buttons on QBO.
You can use these keyboard shortcut.
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
- Control + Option +P if you're using Safari
Make sure to save the invoice. Then go back to your regular browser and clear it's cache.
You can also check the browser settings. Make sure that the zoom is set to 100%. Try the Ctrl + - shortcut to decrease while Ctrl + + to increase.
