If you're still unable to locate your invoices, it's possible that you have logged in to a different QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Make sure to manually type in the username and password you used in accessing your account on the computer. Also, make sure that you have downloaded the correct QuickBooks app.

Same here. When I'm on my computer, I cannot see any of my invoices when I click on "invoice" in the sidebar...and I could see them all yesterday. I CAN, however, see my invoices when on my ipad or iphone. This is a problem because I do my main accounting work from my computer where I can see things on a bigger screen. This is not an issue of selecting which invoices I want to see, they simply aren't showing in my computer-accessed subscription. I tried using both "google chrome" and "Edge" browsers and the issue is consistent across those browsers.
I am having the exact same issue. They were there when I logged in last week and now all my invoices are missing.
I'd like to inform you that we have a current investigation (INV-87908 or INV-90843) about the missing invoices. Rest assured that our engineering team is already working to figure out a solution.

I am having the same issue. Template to send out invoices is gone as well as saved billing skews.
I am having this issue with the invoices as well. I can see them on my phone app but they are all out of order. I cant even see the invoices on my computer though so YET another week I can't invoice properly! Quickbooks you are literally costing us all money and time!!! please fix this asap or I will definitely be leaving quickbooks. This is out of hand.

Same issue here as of 7/31. I made all my invoices out last week, was able to review and edit them, and now they're missing. I use QBSE and prefer using my computer (not a phone/app).

I'm facing this exact same issue as well.
Secondly, the autofill also stopped working when I create a new invoice. Usually, when I typed something on the Item section in the invoice, it will often have dropdown options of past items that are similar.
This is also a problem for me.

It's fixed on my end.
My invoices are showing now, but the template with logo I had saved is gone, replaced with a whole new interface. All of my skew information is gone as well.
I have my invoices back, but autofill is still not working and my template with logo is gone replaced with a whole new interface when I try to create a new invoice.

Typically, the absence of buttons or options occurs due to an excess of stored historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.
First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.
