Buy nowIt's good to see you in the QuickBooks Community, eolson.design. I've got troubleshooting tips to ensure you can deposit checks seamlessly in QuickBooks Online.
If you're referring to deposit checks from customer payments, I suggest going to the New button and choosing Bank Deposit from there. I've attached a screenshot below for visual reference.
If you mean to deposit entries via mobile check deposit into QuickBooks Checking, you can open this article on how to perform the process: Use mobile check deposit with QuickBooks Checking.
However, if you're unable to see the said option above and accomplish the methods indicated in the article, you have to log out and log in again to QuickBooks. This is to refresh your account and view all the available features in QBO.
If the issue persists, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. Then, perform the procedure mentioned above. Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using:
If it works in incognito, you have to clear the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

thank you for your response. Logging out of of the app and logging back in made the deposit check feature appear again. That being said- I was so frustrated not being able to deposit my clients check that I went and opened a Bank of a America checking account and I will be depositing all of my checks that way from now on. Plus the funds are available the next day as opposed to having to wait 8 days to be able to access the money. Thank you.
Logging out of the app on my phone and logging back in brought back the deposit check feature back. However I was for frustrated not being able to deposit my clients check that I went ahead and opened a Bank of America business checking account. Also the funds from check deposits will only take 1 day to access as opposed to 8 days with QuickBooks. Thank you.
