We appreciate you getting back here in the thread, @farhus. We'll help you locate previous journal entries inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since you can't find them using the Advance search option, we recommend utilizing the Audit log option to determine if someone from your members was making changes inside your company file. We'll walk you through the process:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon and select Audit log.
  3. Select Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Click Apply.

For more details, please visit this page: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

If there are no changes made, we recommend running the Journal report and setting it up to show data from specific period. These are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
  3. In the Search bar, enter Journal.
  4. Click the result, and then utilize the Filter option to select a specific period where you want to review data.
  5. Once done, click the Run report button.

Lastly, you can also go to the Journal Entry page and click the Reverse Time Icon at the top left portion to see previous entries.

In addition, here's an article to help you manage entries inside the program: Reverse or delete a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.

The Community space is open 24/7 if you need further assistance retrieving previous journal entries. Please don't hesitate to visit us anytime so we can help you with your QuickBooks-related queries. Keep safe, and have a good one.
