I can help clarify why the credit card transaction is not yet posted to your bank account.
Credit card payments have their own deposit schedule. Payments made before 3 PM PT should be in your bank account the next business day. However, if the transactions are processed after 3 PM PT, expect it in 2 business days. The waiting period known as the time to receive funding varies depending on which financial institution you choose for your transactions to be deposited into and how long it takes your bank to verify and process the electronic deposit.
Since the Merchant Service Center keeps a complete record of your payment activity, let’s check the status of all your processed payments. With just a few clicks, you can already get there.
Here’s an article that covers all the instructions on how to look for deposits or fees, and instructions to print all your statements. It also includes screenshots for visual reference: Search for deposits or fees in the Merchant Service Center.
Additionally, the following article contains a list of deposit schedules for funds and steps to check for any payment issues: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
This information will point you in the right direction in checking the status of the funds.

I see that money has been received in my Quickbooks account from a Credit Card payment from a client. This is my first time using this service as I have been using another service before. When can I expect to see this deposited in my Bank Account?
Good afternoon, @JJ76.
Thanks for adding the additional details about this being your first time using the QuickBooks Payments service (Merchant Services).
When you're using the system for the first time, the deposit can take longer than expected. You should receive the money into your bank account within five business days. After we ensure that your Merchant account is set up all the way, then your deposit will come faster (1-2 business days).

You can also contact your bank to make sure there isn't a hold on their side.
