I have a read only access but it does not show me the regular access to the the old invoices so I can see what was billed in the past?

Hi there, @pioneertech!

 

Let me give a few points on the read-only user type and help you from there.

 

When you say "the regular access to the old invoices," are you trying to pull up each invoice? If so, you can't pull them up because a read-only user is limited only to reports and lists, like the Invoice List. I recommend calling your master admin and ask to change the access you currently have.

 

However, if you're trying to view a summary of the invoices, you can pull up the report mentioned above which is the Invoice List. 


Here's how:

  1. On the left panel, click on Reports.
  2. Look for Invoice List on the search bar.
