I've tried listing it as "Unapplied Cash Payment Income", but that doesn't seem right.

You can keep on top of things using your accounting system, which will tell you how much you have now. But, in order to look forward and forecast your financial position for the future, you will need another tool in your arsenal. Choice Hotels
