I appreciate your inquiry regarding the absence of the Other Current Assets account in your other company file, accounting.laude.

I will help you resolve this issue so that it's visible to the other company.

The absence of Other Current Assets under the Bank/Credit card account drop-down may be due to the account not being set up in your Chart of the accounts.

To display the account in your other company file, consider setting it up.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your other QuickBooks company.
  2. Navigate to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Chart of accounts.
  4. Click New.
  5. In the Account window, select the Account Type and Detail Type.
  6. Click Save and Close.

With these steps, you should be able to see the Other Current Assets account when paying your vendors.
