QuickBooks Online uses an online bill payment solution which is could be powered by either Bill.com or Melio. These two third-party apps are both integrated payment solution that allows QuickBooks users to easily pay business bills in the office or on the go.
If you want to know which apps you're currently using, just go to the Apps menu and select My apps. From there, you'll be able to see the list of all third-party apps you're using when working with QuickBooks.
Once identified, I'd recommend reaching out to Melio or Bill.com Customer Support. This way, they can check the status of the payment and trace the cause of the issue..
