I'm entering an invoice, how do I remove taxes from the invoice?

What's the reason you need to remove the taxes? Is it a nontaxable item? If so, you can mark it as non-taxable in the item setup. Go to Products and Services, select the item and click on the Edit link. Uncheck the Is taxable box and click on Save and close. Please note that if you've been using this item, the historical transactions will also get updated.
