I’m here to help so you can successfully add the logo on your invoices, Jen.
Adding logos on sales forms helps represent your company brand and make customers easily recognize you. To add them successfully on your invoices, make sure the logo should be:
- a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file
- Smaller than 10 MB
- 24-bits or less in bit depth (or color depth)
- Square-shaped and using the standard RGB color space
If it’s CMKY-formatted, you’ll need to convert it into an RGB image using tools such as Adobe Photoshop. Then you can upload it to QuickBooks Online (QBO). I’m glad to show you the steps.
- Select the Gear icon.
- From the New style drop-down, select Invoice. If you want to upload a logo on an existing template, find the template and select Edit under the Action column.
- Go to the Design tab, then select Add your unique logo/Make logo edits..
- Click the box with Add a logo +, then the + on the next window.

- Locate and select the image you want to use.
- Press Open.
- Once uploading is done, select Save and then Done.
You can use this information to add, customize or delete logos on sales forms. And if in case you need to change the appearance and their layouts, you can also personalize them.
If you need further assistance with managing your invoices, just drop a comment. I’ll be here! Have a great day and always take care!
