Hi there, stu.
QuickBooks has its Standard template for invoices. If you have a commercial (customized) invoice template, you can import or add that as new style.
Here’s how:
I’ll be here if you have other questions about invoices.
There is none
only the "cute" invoices provided in customize forms
Hi Stu, QuickBooks doesn't have a Commercial Invoice template, however you can use the new IncoDocs integration. IncoDocs allows sellers to create Commercial Invoices, Proforma Invoices and all export documentation that is required to ship goods Internationally. Document templates include all of the fields required for shipping goods and meeting customs requirements.
You can connect your QuickBooks and IncoDocs accounts to sync invoices and purchases, to eliminate data re-entry. Here's the link to the appstore: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/incodocs/

We hope this helps. Happy shipping!
I should not have to pay for another service to create a commercial invoice.
This is basic, it should be part of quickbooks.
The more I use Quickboos, the more frustrated I get.
A Commercial invoice is not an invoice.
