In QBO, the text you entered in the Message on invoice field will be applied to all sales forms except estimates. To fix this, you can go to the Custom Form Styles page and remove the details entered there. Here's how:
- In your QBO account, select the Gear icon and choose Custom form styles.
- Next, open any invoice template by selecting the Edit option.
- Go to the Content tab and click the Footer (third) section.
- Then, delete the message under the Message to customer on section.
- The changes will be applied to all invoice templates.
- Once ready, select Done.
