I hope you're having a good day. You can add the tuition fees to invoices by creating them as a service item in your inventory. I can walk you through how to do so below:
- Go to the Gear icon and click Product and Services.
- In the top right-hand corner, press New.
- Select Service and enter information about the fee.
4. Choose an Expense account.
5. Hit Save and Close.
Once you complete the steps, you can add the service fee to your tuition invoices. If you ever need to change the account on your invoice, you may find this article helpful: Change the account for a product/service item.
