Then i open my IIF File in excel. Its show me my year FY2020 Budjet.
I want to export my year FY2021 Budget.

Hi there, talk2khurram.
I can help you get this budget exported. Here's how to do it:
1. In the menu bar at the top, click on Reports to display a drop-down menu. Go to the option for Budget and Forecast and choose the report.
2. After selecting the one you want to export, confirm that the correct date range is displayed in the Dates section.
3. Select the Excel option, then Create New Worksheet.
5. Finish by clicking the Export button.
It's that simple. After completing step five, the report you selected should be exported from QuickBooks successfully.
If you have any questions, I'll be here to assist. Have yourself a great weekend.
Thanks for the clarification, @talk2khurram.
The steps above provided by my colleague @ZackE is the best way to export your Budget FY2021.
In QuickBooks, exporting files through IIF Format is only available to the latest year.
Let me share this article about IIf import and export limitations: Export, import, and edit IIF files.
